The developers have “Hit the ball out of the park” with this new game! What a superb approach to hidden object gaming, while injecting some really fresh ideas into Samantha Swift!
Samantha Swift is your intrepid archaeologist who travels the world searching for rare artifacts to showcase in the Museum of Secrets Lost, which she runs with her partner Dr. Butler. Shady rivals give Samantha some direct competition while trying to locate and track down the 6 missing roses, which are missing from the Shield of Athena.
Objects pop-out at you through the many of the attractive hand drawn (Easy on the eyes) scenes. You will really enjoy the details with the many scenes. This game is not just “seek and find” type of game, there is much more to Samantha Swift and the hidden roses of Athena. This will become evidenced as you play this fun hidden object game!
There are special tools like “shovel or hammer” which get added to Samantha’s inventory. Some of the items that you search for in each scene are not all created equal, like a battery, bunch of grapes. There are items identified by blue text instead of white text on Samantha’s list used to reveal special hidden items. After all of the items have been found, a final secret item will be revealed, which you must find in order to clear the room.
The ever-changing scenes help keep this game from becoming boring. Samantha Swift story which takes you through Italy, England, France, and Guatemala and beyond, while moving forward exploring the many attractive new locations. The traveling experience is most exciting game played by many in a long time.
Unlike other games, this object game has many items that work well with this Samantha Swift game. Many of the items fit into the scenes naturally. The adventure keeps you spanning from room to room, keeping you on your toes! Collect items from one room to complete puzzles in another room. This game is focused on hidden object game player, you will also need to complete a few puzzles, basically symbol matching, including a maze.
One of the things I like is this is not a “Timed game” like many other of its competitor’s games are. So take your time and think through each step so you make a better decision, then if you were rushed. If you get stump, you have the option to use the “Lightning bolt” hints to help reveal the location of an item. You can also use your scanner to see what the silhouette looks like? This can be very helpful when searching for your items!

The game is rank high, but still could use some work? For example, some of the inventory puzzles are completely odd in terms of when a certain item is supposed to be clicked at a certain location? You will need to drag your cursor across the wall to indicate a hidden symbol. The mouse will change colors indicating something is there?
This is a well designed game, balanced enough for a savvy adventure gamer never running out of hints when needing to help with when stuck? Though, a determined gamer could plow right through this in an evening? The good news is you can play it again, with a different list of items to find? So there are many different chances to play this game without getting bored or burned-out before you move on to a new game.
